I usually shoot my wedding photography in and around Bridgend and South Wales, so it was great to shoot away from home for Caz and Leo’s wedding. The day was held at the Chilston Park Hotel, in Maidstone, and it was a wonderful venue to work at. The stunning manor house offers a wonderful backdrop for wedding photography, while the trees and beautiful lawns are just perfect for wedding group photographs.
The day started early with the bridal preparations in Caz’s room, before I headed downstairs to meet up with Leo and his entourage.
The ceremony venue for the wedding was lovely, and all within the hotel and manor house. The ceremony was very sweet and heartfelt. After the church service all the guests had drinks in the sunshine, while myself, the bride and the groom went off to complete the formal shots.
After that, we got started on the wedding group shots and the rest of the Bride & Groom portraits before sitting down for the wedding breakfast. The food, staff and organisation was superb on the day, and Caz and Leo were very funny and wonderful people. It was clear that the Bride and Groom had put a lot of effort into making their wedding the perfect day, and it really was.
As the evening party got started I kept shooting the guests having fun and dancing the evening away. It was a great day. To find out more about my affordable, professional, exceptional quality wedding photography, feel free to contact me with any questions you might have; I’d love to hear from you.
